Super Seafood Recipes

Delicious recipes for fish and shellfish

Looking for easy seafood recipes?  Fish and shellfish taste delicious, but cooking them correctly can seem tricky and complicated.

See all the delicious seafood dishes in the slide show?   Most of these easy seafood recipes took only 20 minutes or less to prepare.  Only the Spanish paella took longer . . . and it was soooo worth it!

Seafood favorites such as baked salmon, shrimp scampi, clam chowder, and even traditional lobster dinners are much simpler to make in your own kitchen than you might imagine.

Super Seafood Recipes tells you how to make these dishes and many more - plus you can also find out how to:

  • Choose the best fresh, frozen, or canned fish or shellfish for each recipe
  • Use other healthy ingredients, such as olive oil, when making them
  • Plan and prepare side dishes and desserts to compliment the seafood
  • And most important - relax and enjoy delicious no-fuss meals with your family and friends

Why seafood recipes?

Simple - seafood is delicious!

Plus, with so many different kinds of fish and shellfish to choose from, seafood never gets boring.  You can prepare it in lots of different ways, and because it cooks so quickly, it's the best kind of "fast food."

As an added bonus, most seafood is healthy and nutritious - high-quality protein, and full of heart-friendly omega-3 fatty acids.

Of course, health benefits disappear fast if you slather your seafood with butter or drown it in cream.  So most of the recipes you'll find here use olive oil or canola oil instead of butter.

Our recipes emphasize healthy ingredients.  And since we make them for family and friends, we know they're good!

Who's "we"?

We're a mother-daughter team.  (You can learn more about us and Super Seafood Recipes here.)

Even though we both love to cook, we don't have much time to spend in the kitchen - who does? - so we've also figured out the best way to prepare each dish fast, without sacrificing any flavor.

The recipes you'll find here are also easy.  Who wants to spend more time cooking than eating?  Not us!  And probably not you!

So pick out a recipe, make it, and have an enjoyable, healthy dinner with your family, your friends, or just yourself.

Bon appetit!
